Specializing in organizations in transition, Dr. Pond has consulted with entities large and small for 30 years. Clients have included school districts, institutions of higher education, accrediting agencies, Indian tribes, private equity, government agencies, professional organizations, and a variety of private groups and individuals. Dr. Pond also has many years of experience in international and multicultural contexts in Latin America, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East.

In addition to workshops and presentations, he consults primarily in the education space, including post-secondary education, ed tech, K-12, and related organizations.
